Diamond Bar Bootcamp Sparkletts Lunge

Hello,

I have a great full body exercise with emphasis
on legs, but this exercise really hits the core big time.

The reason it hits the abs so well is we're doing a "Sparkletts"
lunge or a shouldering lunge.

When you load one side of the body only -The loaded side
is contracting keeping load stable. The other side is wondering what's going happening on the other side and is trying to balance the body by contracting as well.

This means you get a great ab workout without endless
crunches, and a movement that is transferable to real life .
