Hello,
I have a great exercise that really
hits the legs, but also works the core as
well.
The exercise is an overhead lunge.
It really works the legs, but because
we're holding the load, in this case, a
sandbag above the head it really works the abs
Any time you increase the length of the body core will
be called into play to help stabilize your body.
